Joe was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and has been serving God as a pastor since 2007. His desire is to help people know God, know His Word, love God and others. He has also been leading worship for over 20 years. He enjoys fishing, hunting, photography, playing volleyball, and various sports. Joe is happily married to Zer Kue for 17 years and has two handsome sons; Titus and Tobias.
