Compass Ministry is all about the next generation. We exist to help youth and young adults know God personally, love Him deeply, and live out their faith boldly in a Christ-centered community. Through authentic relationships, strong biblical teaching, and intentional discipleship, we create a space where young people can grow, belong, and become who God created them to be.
Our vision is to raise up leaders, strengthen youth and young adult communities, and connect lives through meaningful relationships—equipping the next generation to follow Jesus with confidence, purpose, and passion.

We are forming Compass Ministry Small Groups to create a space where men can connect deeply, grow spiritually, and lead with purpose. Through prayer, Scripture, discussion, and accountability, these groups will help you strengthen your faith, build meaningful relationships, and learn to live out God’s Word boldly—in your family, church, and community.
