The Young Adult Ministry of Compass Ministry exists to reach, disciple, and equip young adults to passionately follow Jesus and serve in the work of the Lord. We are a community committed to growing deeper in faith, building authentic relationships, and discovering God’s calling together. Through engaging biblical teaching, meaningful fellowship, and hands-on ministry opportunities, we equip young adults to live boldly for Christ, lead with purpose, and impact their church, community, and world for God’s glory. 

We are forming Small Groups designed to help young adults connect deeply and grow spiritually. Small Groups are smaller, intentional gatherings where relationships are built, faith is strengthened, and life is shared in a meaningful way. Together, we seek to know God more personally, grow in the truth of His Word, and go make disciples by living out our faith in everyday life. Through prayer, Scripture, discussion, and accountability, Small Groups create a space where young adults are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to follow Jesus boldly—together.
