WHAT'S HOLDING YOU TOGETHER? | Dabtsi Tuav Koj Ua Ke?
Life is full of unexpected challenges—financial struggles, family conflicts, health problems, disappointments, and uncertainties. When everything around us begins to fall apart, what is holding us together?
In Jeremiah 17:5–10, God contrasts two lives: a shrub struggling in the desert and a tree flourishing beside water. The difference is not the absence of difficulties but where each places its trust.
Through this passage, we discover three essential truths:
KNOW Your Source (vv. 5–6): Stop depending on temporary things for lasting security. God alone is our ultimate source of strength.
GROW Your Roots (vv. 7–8): Deepen your relationship with God through His Word, prayer, obedience, and trust so you can remain faithful and fruitful during difficult seasons.
SAY NO to Threats (vv. 9–10): Guard against pride, fear, bitterness, and misplaced desires that weaken your faith. Allow God to search and transform your heart.
“Your circumstances may shake you, your strength may fail you, and your plans may fall apart—but when your trust is rooted in the Lord, His grace will sustain you!”
Big Idea
Our strength and stability do not come from what we can hold together, but from the God who holds us together. When our trust is rooted in Him, we can remain strong, faithful, and fruitful through every season of life.
