COME AND SEE
Mar 18, 2026 • Rev. Chonfong Paul Yang
In John 1:35–51, we see how discipleship begins and grows through a simple yet powerful progression. John the Baptist points to Jesus as the Lamb of God, leading his disciples to shift their focus and follow Christ. Jesus then invites them to “come and see,” showing that true discipleship starts with a personal encounter. As they follow Him, their lives are transformed, and they begin inviting others—demonstrating how discipleship multiplies through relationships. Even in moments of doubt, like Nathanael, Jesus meets sincere hearts and reveals Himself more deeply.
Big Idea
Discipleship begins with responding to Jesus’ invitation to “come and see,” grows through daily following, and multiplies as we invite others to experience Him.
