Faith in the Real World: Helping Men Live Out Their Faith at Work & Daily Life

Every man has a workplace, a home, and a community where he represents someone or something. The question is: Whom are you representing? This workshop challenges men to understand that following Christ is not limited to Sunday worship but is demonstrated through everyday faithfulness. Through the teachings of Colossians 3:23 and Matthew 5:13–16, participants will discover what it means to work with integrity, live as ambassadors of Christ, and become the salt and light of the world. Men will be equipped with practical tools to honor God in the workplace, overcome fear in sharing their faith, and influence others through both their character and their testimony. The workshop concludes with a call to repentance and recommitment, reminding every man that what comes out of his life is determined by what he consistently allows Christ to put into his heart.

Big Idea:

A Christian man does not simply work for a living—he lives and works for the Lord. As he is continually filled with Christ, his life naturally becomes salt and light, influencing others for the glory of God.
